Everything you need to know about how our day care works, what to expect, and how we keep your dog safe and happy.
We are open Monday to Friday, 7am to 7pm. On Saturdays and Public Holidays we are open 7am to 6pm. We are closed on Sundays.
Every new dog starts with a free trial day. We’ll introduce your dog to the group gradually, monitor how they settle in, and give you honest feedback at the end of the day. We want to make sure it’s the right environment for your dog before you commit to anything.
We accept dogs of all breeds and sizes, except those on the dangerous dogs act 1991. All dogs must be fully vaccinated (or titre tested). We accpet un-neutered, these are based on a indiviual assessment. All dogs must be up to date with flea and worming treatment. Dogs must be sociable with other dogs, we assess this during the trial day.
We are licensed up to 50 dogs per day. Although our facility can hold up to 120+ by license standards, we chose 50 as our limit to ensure all dogs get proper care, love and attention each day. Our behaviourist-led approach means we never compromise on ratios.
Our enrichment programme is designed by our in-house behaviourist and includes scent work, problem-solving activities, sensory exploration, and structured play. Every day is different, and activities are tailored to the dogs in attendance.
Fresh water is always available. We do not provide meals, if your dog requires feeding during the day, please bring their food clearly labelled with their name and feeding instructions. We are happy to accommodate all dietary requirements including raw food.
Our team includes a 13+ years experienced qualified canine behaviourist, all staff are first aid trained, and all team members have a form of animal care qualifications or are working towards one. We hold a 5-Star licence from Breckland Council (AWL0007) and are fully insured.

Vaccination requirements, health policies, and what we need from you before your dog joins us.

Please do not bring your dog if they are showing any signs of illness, including vomiting, diarrhoea, coughing, or lethargy, we will have to turn you away upon arriving. If your dog becomes unwell during the day, we will contact you immediately and discuss his/her needs.
We assess every dog individually during their trial day. Because we are behaviourist-led, we are often able to accommodate dogs that other day cares cannot. However, the safety of all dogs and staff is our priority, and we will always be honest with you about whether day care is the right environment for your dog.
